At Williams Giles we offer a wide range of bookkeeping services tailored to suit you and your business.

We are Xero Certified Partners – Xero is the new cloud accounting system that is ideal for those who are looking for 24/7 access to their data.

We are also Sage Accountants Club members and can therefore assess your business needs and suggest the best system for you. These systems will keep your accounting information up to date and provide you with the management information you require for the smooth and efficient day to day running of your business.

We are happy to demonstrate the different bookkeeping systems to you and discuss the pros and cons of each, relating specifically to your business.

Support

We have many employees on hand ready to assist you with any long term, short term or Ad Hoc support that you require for your bookkeeping product. They have a vast range of experience in the use of Sage, Xero and many other computerised bookkeeping systems.

We can arrange a fixed monthly fee for advice or you can pay for the support as and when you need it.

Our staff will answer your questions over the phone or arrange to come and see you for any queries that need us to be ‘hands on’. Alternatively we are able to remotely login to your system to give you immediate help.

Recruiting/Staff Cover

We are happy to assist companies wanting to recruit a full time Bookkeeper or Payroll staff. This is particularly useful for smaller organisations that have little accounting knowledge. We can help you in the following ways:

We can train existing staff to take over the bookkeeping function
We can assist with processing application forms
We can be present at the interviews
We can provide a test for your applicants
We can provide the bookkeeping service until you recruit someone new

We can also provide staff cover for any period where you are short of bookkeeping staff. Our staff and their work are monitored by us and are available both on and off site.

Outsourcing to Us

We can be your ‘bookkeeper’. We will assess your needs and then become your accounts department.

We will agree with you what needs doing and how often and present you with the results at the end of each agreed period.

This can be adapted so that some of the work is done by you and some by us if this is what is required or we can simply do it all.

This can be provided both on and off site.
