Corporate Finance Specialist. Involved in many Finance Raising exercises both equity and debt as well as in pre and post transaction support. Has worked closely in a number of companies, often at board level, to develop the business, improve profitability, address problems and plan for growth.
Alyson holds the advanced diploma in corporate finance and is a member of the ICAEW Corporate finance faculty.
