Academy Breakfast Club

The topic of discussion will be Trust Governance, particularly in growing multi-academy trusts. Joining us will be academy legal specialist Brendan Roodt. We will also discuss coping with new academies coming into the sector and trust expansions from a financial and due diligence perspective and funding pressures.

Fostering Walk for the Fostering Network Foster Care Fortnight

Joanne and Jo from Williams Giles Foster Carer Tax Team are taking part in Foster Walk 2016, in support of Fostering Network’s Foster Carer Fortnight 2016. The event will take place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 22 May 2016 and consists of a 5 K sponsored walk around the Olympic park. Foster Walk is the Fostering Network’s flagship fundraising event and is well attended by staff from Fostering Agencies and local authorities and also Fostering families. Hopefully, the weather will stay nice throughout the event. Funds raised go to Fostering Network who are the UK’s leading Fostering Charity.

Cake Bake to raise money for The Fostering Network

The foster carer tax team are pleased to announce that we are supporting The Fostering Network’s Fostering Fortnight 2016, which is their annual campaign to raise the profile of fostering. It is also the UK's biggest foster carer recruitment campaign.

All staff will be busy baking their best cakes and bringing them into the office to sell. We welcome you all to join our cake bake to raise awareness and money for this charity!


SI London Training Event

This Your Future Careers Fair aims to inspire, enthuse and motivate the young people attending to think about their future career progression, the employment options available to them and to make the most of their remaining time in education.
